What We Do

ARROW stand for fairness in funding care. We help individuals and families across the UK access NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC) — a critical source of support for those with significant health needs, wrongly denied to many. The system is complex, inconsistent, and stacked against those without expert guidance. ARROW provides the advocacy and information individuals and  families need to challenge injustice, and secure the funding they are legally entitled to.

​NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC) is a package of care fully funded by the NHS for adults over the age of 18 in the UK, with significant ongoing health needs who are being looked after outside of hospital.

If you or your loved one requires 24-hour care and are currently self-funding or contributing to a local authority care package, you may be eligible for funding that covers 100% of care costs.

• Case reviews – Reviewing decision letters, DST assessments, or Checklists, providing clear next steps.
• Free guidance and signposting – When CHC isn’t the right path, we help you navigate Adult Social Care and alternative funding options.*
• Flexible pricing – Our goal is to ensure everyone who needs help gets it. We offer reduced or subsidised fees where possible and are always transparent about costs.

*Where appropriate, we can also signpost you to a trusted, SOLLA-affiliated financial adviser who specialises in later life care funding.
