ARROW Continuing Healthcare Consultants was established in 2023 to provide clear, independent and evidence-led support to families navigating NHS Continuing Healthcare.
For many people, CHC is unfamiliar territory. Decisions are made at stressful moments, terminology is technical, and the financial consequences can be significant. ARROW exists to bring clarity to that process, ensuring that individuals and their families understand both their rights and the legal framework within which decisions must be made. The work is grounded in detailed knowledge of the National Framework for NHS Continuing Healthcare, the Care Act 2014, and the case law that defines the boundary between health and social care. Every case is approached individually, with careful analysis of records, needs and evidence. ARROW can become involved at any stage of the process - from initial eligibility enquiries to full representation at assessment, review or appeal.
