What we do ✅ Full Medical & Care Records Review
We obtain and scrutinise all available health and care records to identify evidence demonstrating a primary health need — the foundation of CHC eligibility. ✅ Expert Case Preparation We prepare a robust, evidence-based case for both the Checklist and DST stages, mapping needs to CHC domains and ensuring key information is clearly presented. ✅ Initiation/Facilitation of Assessments We liaise with the relevant Integrated Care Board (ICB) to formally initiate the CHC Checklist assessment, ensuring your case progresses promptly and that the correct process is followed from the outset. ✅ Liaison with Professionals We communicate with care providers, medical professionals, and social-care teams to clarify information and fill any evidential gaps. ✅ Professional Advocacy & Representation An experienced ARROW advocate will represent the patient during both the Checklist and DST assessments, ensuring their needs are accurately portrayed and properly argued. ✅ Written Submissions to ICB Following the DST, we prepare a clear, structured submission for the ICB’s verification panel, setting out the evidence and legal reasoning supporting CHC eligibility. ✅ Post-Decision Review and Representation After the DST meeting, we review the decision letter, DST document, and verifier comments to ensure accuracy and procedural fairness. If any discrepancies, downgrades, or procedural flaws are identified, we prepare a formal written request for review, supported by evidence — a step that has successfully led to decisions being overturned after an ineligible outcome.
