✔ Have been wondering whether CHC might be an option and would like to explore things before investing in ongoing support ✔ Are preparing for a Checklist or DST assessment ✔ Have received an eligibility decision and are unsure whether it is correct ✔ Are considering whether to appeal ✔ Are preparing for a three- or twelve-month review meeting ✔ Have questions about Fast Track NHS Continuing Healthcare ✔ Would like an independent second opinion on your situation How it WorksOnce you have purchased your consultation, you will be able to select a convenient appointment time using the online booking calendar.
Consultations can take place either by telephone or via Microsoft Teams, according to your preference. If you choose a Microsoft Teams consultation, you do not need a Microsoft account. As long as you have access to the internet and a web browser, you can join the consultation by simply clicking the link provided in your booking confirmation email. After booking, you will have the opportunity to provide a brief summary of your situation and upload any relevant documents you would like Dr Ros Setterfield to review in advance of the consultation. ImportantThe CHC Advice Clinic is intended to provide focused advice on a specific issue or stage of the process. It does not include ongoing case management, representation at meetings, detailed records analysis or the preparation of substantive written submissions. Where more extensive support is required, ARROW may recommend one of its case management and representation services. Further sessions can be arranged if required. |
