This service is designed for solicitors, financial advisers and later-life professionals involved in NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC) disputes who require specialist technical input at appeal stage.

Engagement Options

ARROW offers three forms of professional support, depending on the nature and stage of the case. Each can be accessed independently or combined where appropriate.

Option 1 – Strategy Consultation

Fee: £495

A focused case conference to consider the evidential position, identify potential grounds of challenge, and determine the most effective approach to progression.

Includes:

• 90-minute consultation
• Written strategy summary (3–4 pages)

Option 2 – Appeal Drafting Package

Fee: £1,750

Full preparation of a structured appeal submission, aligned with the National Framework and supported by detailed evidential analysis.

Includes:

• Drafting of Local Resolution or IRP submission
• Domain-by-domain evidential alignment
• Cross-referenced analysis
• Two strategy consultation calls

Option 3 – Professional Advisory Retainer

From £1,250 per month

Designed for firms managing multiple NHS Continuing Healthcare matters who require consistent access to specialist technical input.
The retainer provides structured, ongoing support across active cases, allowing for continuity of advice and timely input as matters progress.

Includes:

• Up to five case consultations per month (up to 60 minutes each)
• Review of relevant DST extracts or draft submissions in advance of consultation
• Priority response for advisory queries
• Strategic input on appeal development and evidential alignment

Additional work outside the agreed monthly scope can be undertaken on a fixed-fee basis where required.

This arrangement provides reliable access to specialist CHC expertise without the need for separate instruction on each case.

• The outcome of the most recent decision

• Any specific input required (strategy, drafting, or both)

• The Decision Support Tool (DST) document
• Outcome letter and panel rationale
• Local Resolution outcome (if applicable)
