From £1,250 per month

Designed for firms managing multiple CHC matters who require ongoing technical input.

The retainer includes:

• Up to five case consultations per month (up to 60 minutes each)
• Review of relevant DST extracts or appeal drafts prior to consultation
• Priority turnaround for advisory queries
• Strategic input on appeal structuring and evidential alignment

Additional work beyond the agreed monthly scope can be undertaken at an agreed fixed fee.
