How Representation WorksRepresentation Services begin with an Initial Case Review.
Before accepting instructions, we will undertake an independent review of the key documentation to assess the apparent strengths and weaknesses of your case. Following the review, you’ll receive a telephone call to discuss the findings, answer any questions and explain the most appropriate next steps. Initial Case Review Fee: £95 fixed fee If you subsequently instruct ARROW to undertake your review or appeal, this fee will be deducted from the cost of the relevant Representation Service. What You'll Need to ProvideDepending on your circumstances, you may be asked to provide:
✔ Decision Support Tool (DST) ✔ Eligibility or review decision letter ✔ Review or appeal correspondence ✔ Relevant deadline dates If specialist representation is recommended and you decide to proceed, ARROW will obtain the relevant health and care records required to prepare your case. These records will be reviewed in detail as part of the Representation Service. |
