ARROW CHC Review Representation
Independent specialist representation for NHS Continuing Healthcare reviews
Independent specialist representation for NHS Continuing Healthcare reviews
|
This service is for individuals and families whose NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC) funding is due to be reviewed at either the three-month or annual review stage, or where funding has subsequently been withdrawn following that review.
NHS Continuing Healthcare is not awarded indefinitely. The Integrated Care Board (ICB) must keep eligibility under review and determine whether the individual continues to meet the legal test for a primary health need. ARROW provides independent specialist representation throughout the NHS Continuing Healthcare review process. Rather than offering open-ended case management, reviews are undertaken as a clearly defined fixed-fee service. This gives you certainty about the work involved, the cost and what you can expect throughout the review process. Fee: £1,500 fixed fee |
