What information will I need to provide?

After purchasing the review, you will receive access to ARROW’s structured online questionnaire. This explores the person’s health conditions, care needs, risks, support requirements and current circumstances. Not every section will apply to every individual.

How long does the questionnaire take to complete?

Most questionnaires take between 45 and 60 minutes to complete, although this will vary depending on the complexity of the person’s needs and circumstances.

How quickly will I receive my report?

Reports are normally provided within 2 working days of questionnaire submission and are supplied electronically in PDF format. Hard copies are available on request.

Is this a formal NHS assessment?

No. This is an independent review provided by ARROW. It does not replace the NHS Continuing Healthcare assessment process and cannot determine eligibility.

Can professionals use this service on behalf of clients?

Yes. The service is suitable for financial advisers, solicitors, care professionals and other advisers supporting clients where NHS Continuing Healthcare may be relevant.

What happens after I receive my report?

The report is yours to keep and use as you wish. Some clients use it to prepare for assessment, while others use it to help decide whether CHC is worth pursuing or whether further specialist support may be beneficial.
