This service is for individuals and families who have received a decision that they or a loved one are not eligible for NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC) and wish to challenge that decision.
ARROW provides specialist representation at each stage of the NHS Continuing Healthcare appeals process. Rather than offering open-ended case management, appeals are undertaken in clearly defined stages, with fixed fees agreed in advance. This gives you certainty about the work involved, the cost and what you can expect at each stage of the process. Fixed Fee Schedule Every Appeal Representation Service is provided for a fixed fee agreed in advance. There are no hidden hourly charges or unexpected invoices. |

Before You Instruct ARROW Before accepting instructions, we undertakes an Initial Case Review to assess the apparent strengths and weaknesses of your case and determine whether specialist representation appears appropriate.
Following the review, you’ll receive a telephone call to discuss the findings, answer any questions and explain the most appropriate next steps. Initial Case Review Fee: £95 fixed fee If you subsequently instruct ARROW to undertake your review or appeal, this fee will be deducted from the cost of the relevant Representation Service.
