How It WorksAfter purchasing your Practical CHC Support package, simply book a convenient Microsoft Teams appointment using the online calendar.
Before your consultation, you’ll have the opportunity to complete a short information form and upload the documents relevant to the stage of the CHC process you would like practical support with. This allows Dr Ros Setterfield to prepare in advance and ensures your consultation is focused on issues requiring the most consideration. Consultations take place via Microsoft Teams. No Microsoft account is required. Simply click the link in your confirmation email at the time of your appointment. Family members or professionals are welcome to join from different locations if required. What You'll Receive✔ Advance review of your information and supporting documents
✔ A dedicated 2–3 hour Microsoft Teams consultation ✔ A professionally prepared working document that you can take forward into the NHS process, such as a draft Checklist, Decision Support Tool (DST), review document or grounds of appeal, completed in the language of the NHS Continuing Healthcare Framework and aligned with the relevant eligibility criteria ✔ Identification of important evidence gaps and practical recommendations ✔ A bespoke written report and action plan Optional Representation Following completion of Practical CHC Support, clients may also choose to instruct ARROW to provide representation at an NHS Continuing Healthcare assessment, review or appeal.
This optional service is available only to clients who have first completed Practical CHC Support, ensuring that ARROW is already familiar with the individual’s circumstances, the available evidence and the preparation undertaken.
