A detailed independent NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC) review completed through ARROW’s structured online assessment process.
Using a domain-based approach aligned with the National Framework for NHS Continuing Healthcare, the review explores the nature, intensity, complexity and unpredictability of care needs and considers the potential relevance of CHC.
The report may assist individuals and families who are considering CHC for the first time, preparing for a Checklist or Decision Support Tool (DST) assessment, responding to a funding refusal, approaching a review, or seeking an independent overview of current care needs and risks.
Following submission, ARROW will prepare an independent written report, including indicative CHC analysis, assessment preparation guidance and recommended next steps where appropriate.
Reports are typically provided within 2 working days of submission.
