5. Scope of Instruction
The scope of work is limited to the specific service selected or agreed.
Unless expressly agreed, ARROW does not provide ongoing case management or representation.
Advice and analysis are based on the information and documentation provided at the time of instruction.
6. Payment Terms
Fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed.
Work will commence once payment has been received and all relevant documentation has been provided.
Where additional work is required outside the agreed scope, this will be discussed and agreed separately.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
Where a service is cancelled before work has commenced, a refund may be considered.
Once work has commenced, fees are non-refundable.
For scheduled consultations, reasonable notice should be given for any request to rearrange. Rearrangement is at ARROW’s discretion.
8. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information, supply relevant documentation in a timely manner, and ensure that no material information is withheld.
ARROW is entitled to rely on the accuracy and completeness of the information provided.
9. Outcomes and Limitations
CHC eligibility decisions are made by NHS bodies and are subject to their own processes.
ARROW does not guarantee any particular outcome.
Advice and written work are based on the available evidence and the application of the National Framework. Final decisions remain outside ARROW’s control.
10. Professional Services
Where services are provided to solicitors, financial advisers or other professionals, ARROW provides independent consultancy input only and does not assume conduct of the case or responsibility for client representation.
The instructing professional remains responsible for overall case management and advice to their client.
Advice is provided to assist professional judgement and should be considered within the context of the wider case.
11. Liability
ARROW provides services with reasonable care and skill.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ARROW shall not be liable for decisions made by NHS bodies or third parties, outcomes of CHC assessments, reviews or appeals, or any loss arising from incomplete or inaccurate information provided.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot be excluded under English law.
12. Confidentiality and Data Protection
All information provided will be treated as confidential and handled in accordance with ARROW’s Privacy Policy.
Information submitted will be used solely for the purpose of providing the requested services.
